Natasha Howard, Fever Beat A'ja Wilson, Aces with Caitlin Clark Out, Improve to 13-12

Another missed game from star guard Caitlin Clark wasn't enough to keep the Indiana Fever out of the win column.
A double-double from Natasha Howard paved the way for an 80-70 victory for Indiana over the Las Vegas Aces.

This victory came as the team donned their new uniforms that were themed after the Netflix series, Stranger Things. The series takes place in Indiana, which is the home state of the franchise.
Howard contributed 18 points and 13 rebounds while also adding three assists and a steal. She shot 6-of-9 overall, 1-of-1 from three-point range and was 5-of-7 from the free-throw line.
Other notable contributors in the effort included Kelsey Mitchell, who had 21 points, while Sophie Cunningham had 15 and Aliyah Boston had 13.
The Aces were led by A'ja Wilson, who had 20 points, six rebounds, three steals, two assists and a block. Other notable performances from the Aces included Jackie Young, who had 19 points, and NaLyssa Smith had 10.
The Fever improved to 13-12 on the season while the Aces fell to 12-12. This was the final game of the season series between the two franchises and Indiana won the series 2-1.
Indiana will next be in action on Sunday against the Chicago Sky.
